Most orders take 2-4 weeks, but updated estimates are always listed on each product page. Rush orders may be available—feel free to ask!

📦 Do you offer rush orders?

📮 My item is delayed or lost—what should I do?

Once your order is shipped, delays by carriers are outside our control—but we will always help however we can.
If your package is lost or stalled, contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Custom items: Non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
Non-custom items: May be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
If we made an error, we’ll make it right!

For most custom projects, yes! We send design mockups or progress photos so you can approve the layout before final production. Once approved, changes may require an additional fee.
