1. Custom Orders

• All custom items are handmade and uniquely created based on your vision.
• Once design work begins, custom orders are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details, reference photos, and preferences.
• We will communicate throughout the process to ensure your item meets expectations.

2. Processing Time

• Because each piece is handcrafted, processing times vary.
• Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
• Rush orders may be available upon request and may include an additional fee.

3. Shipping

• Once shipped, delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) are not the responsibility of SwitchSides.
• Tracking information will be provided when applicable.
• If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist with next steps.
• International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
• If there is an error on our end, we will work quickly to correct it.
• Refunds are issued only in the rare case of an approved, shop-verified error.

5. Artwork & Design Approval

• For custom items, you may receive a mockup or progress photo.
• Once you approve a design or layout, changes requested after production begins may incur additional cost.

6. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are digital and delivered by email.
• Gift cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost gift card codes can be resent with proof of purchase.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless work has already begun.
• After that period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

8. Product Variations

• Every handmade item is unique. Slight variations in color, pattern, or texture are normal and part of the handmade process.
• Colors may appear slightly different on screens versus in person.
